BackWords 3.1

The Back Words app for iPhone and iPad offers an engaging platform for audio manipulation, allowing users to record and then playback sounds in reverse. It also provides features to alter playback speed and pitch, enabling a variety of creative effects.

Users can listen to their recordings played backwards, exploring how words transform or become new when reversed, and experiment with singing or playing music in reverse. The app permits slowing down or accelerating playback, adjusting pitch upward or downward, or combining both adjustments simultaneously.

Each recording is stored as a "BackWord," which can be replayed in different modes—forward, backward, slowed, sped up, higher, or lower—offering extensive creative flexibility. These BackWords can be saved and shared, encouraging ongoing experimentation and entertainment.

Special note: swiping the background resets the pitch and speed settings, providing easy control over sound modifications.
